I was brought in as the company faced commercial and supply chain headwinds, driving down product margins and top line growth. A large consultancy firm was hired to oversee the enterprise strategy; I was brought in to build the capability with an internal team to develop, oversee, and execute a plan to deliver $420M in incremental value by the end of 2026.
