I grew up in Harrisburg, PA, the son of a contractor and a seamstress — small-business owners who showed me what hard work, creativity, and grit really look like. Watching them taught me early on that success comes from rolling up your sleeves and finding smart solutions to everyday problems.

That hands-on foundation shaped my path. I went on to roles at Hershey and Apple where I built new supply chains internationally and led new product operations functions before joining ChargePoint, where I helped guide the company from startup stage all the way to IPO. Each experience added layers — operational rigor, system design, strategic thinking — but also a deep respect for the challenges solo operators and founders face.

Today, I bridge that world. I take what I learned inside big companies and fast-moving startups, funnel it through my love for complexity, and apply it to founders and small business leaders who need more than advice. They need a partner — someone who listens, understands their hustle, and helps them build the next chapter.
