Welcome to Wright Advisors. I’m Sean Wright, and I am helping my local community in Lakeway, TX and the surrounding area tackle the challenges that come with running and growing a business. This is my home, and I want to help it thrive.

I grew up the son of a contractor and a seamstress, and from a young age, I learned how much effort and dedication it takes for a small business to succeed. Thanks to my years at large-scale companies like Apple and Hershey’s, to lean and fast-paced tech startups like ChargePoint, I’ve gained amazing insights from some of the smartest minds in industries of all shapes and sizes. What drives me most is finding ways to turn those insights into actionable plans for nonprofits and small businesses that need help figuring how to move forward, especially when the path isn’t clear. I’m a problem solver above all — no puzzle is too big or overwhelming.

If my experiences at all these companies has taught me anything, it’s that every business, no matter the size, can only face and defeat its challenges with tailor-made solutions. That’s why I never take a one-size-fits all approach.
